HUBNORDIC består pt. af tre naboejendomme i Ørestad City, kaldet HUB1, HUB2 og HUB3. Dit personlige adgangskort til kontoret giver dig samtidig mulighed for at bruge faciliteter og services i dem alle. Desuden fungerer adgangskortet som betalingskort i fx vores restauranter.
Du bliver oprettet i vores reception og vælger en unik 6-cifret kode. Den får du fx brug for, hvis du skal ind i ejendommene uden for normal arbejdstid (kl. 7-17). Når du indtaster koden skal du afslutte med #.

Welcome to HUBNORDIC
Three properties, endless possibilities
HUBNORDIC currently consists of three neighboring properties in Ørestad City, called HUB1, HUB2, and HUB3. Your personal office access card also allows you to use facilities and services in all of them. In addition, the access card works as a payment card in, for example, our restaurants.
You will be set up at our reception and choose a unique 6-digit code. You will need it, for example, if you are going into the properties outside working hours (7-17). When entering the code, end with #.

Mad og drikke
Det er Madkastellet, der dagligt forkæler os med diverse madtilbud. Du kan læse meget mere på www.madkastel.dk/hubnordic
Restauranter: Hver HUB har sin egen restaurant. I HUB1 er der åbent fra kl. 11.30-13.30, mens det i HUB2 og HUB3 er kl. 11-14.
KAYs Madbodega: Ligger i HUB1 og byder på fristelser morgen, middag og aften. Har også diverse købmandsvarer og mulighed for at købe mad med hjem.
Café Nabo: Cafeen i HUB2 serverer god kaffe, kage og let mad og har desuden tilbud på vin og meget andet. Cafeen er offentlig, men vis dit adgangskort, så får du rabat på flere varer.
Grab&Go: I HUB2 kan du døgnet rundt købe sandwiches og salater, samt diverse drikke og snacks i vores store Grab&Go-automat nær Café Nabo.
Take-away: Dagens ret kan bestilles med hjem via Madkastellets website www.madkastel.dk/hubnordic.
Mødecatering: Madkastellet leverer til både møder og events. Se mere på deres website.
Butikker m.m.: Udover Café Nabo og KAYs er der fx frisør og blomsterhandler i HUB1. Få et overblik over vores tilbud her.
Massør: Corpus Sanus findes både i HUB2 og HUB3. Kontakt Vibeke Broe for mere information om booking.
Rensetøj: Elis sørger for tøjrensning. Kontakt receptionen i din hub og hør nærmere. Husk at bruge firmakoden “KLP”, når du bestiller via appen.
Motionsrum: Der er motionsrum med fri adgang for lejere i kældrene i både HUB2 og HUB3. Se hvor her.

Food and beverages
It is Madkastellet that pampers us daily with various food offerings. You can read much more at www.madkastel.dk/hubnordic
Restaurants: each HUB has its restaurant. HUB1 is open from 11.30 AM-1.30 PM, while HUB2 and HUB3 are open from 11 AM-2 PM.
KAY’s Madbodega: Located in HUB1, it offers temptations morning, noon and night. Also has various groceries and the option to buy food to take home.
Café Nabo: The café in HUB2 serves good coffee, cake and light food and also offers wine and much more. The café is public, but show your access card and you will get a discount on more items.
Grab & Go: In HUB2 you can buy sandwiches and salads around the clock, as well as various drinks and snacks in our large Grab & Go vending machine near Café Nabo.
Take-away: Today’s dish can be ordered at home via Madkastellet’s website.
Meeting catering: Madkastellet delivers for both meetings and events. See more on their website.
Shops etc.: In addition to Café Nabo and KAYs, there is a hairdresser and florist in HUB1. Get an overview of our offers here.
Massage therapist: Corpus Sanus is available in both HUB2 and HUB3. Contact Vibeke Broe for more information about booking.
Dry cleaning: Elis provides dry cleaning. Contact the reception in your hub for more information. Remember to use the company code “KLP” when booking via the app.
Gyms: There is a gym with free access for tenants in the basements of both HUB2 and HUB3. See where here.

Reception, service og sikkerhed
I hver HUB står en Host klar til at byde dig og dine gæster velkommen. Det er Securitas, der står for servicen, og det er bl.a. her du kan indlevere pakker, få hjælp til møderum, få adgangskort, bestille taxi og meget mere.
Dine gæster kan tjekke ind og få anvist vej til dit kontor. De kan også selv taste sig ind via den digitale reception, og så får du en besked, hvis du er oprettet som kontakt. Din virksomhed får egen administrator til at oprette kontakter.
Securitas står også for sikkerheden i ejendommene, har vagtordning og instruerer ved alarmer.
Reception, service and security
In each HUB, a Host is ready to welcome you and your guests. Securitas is responsible for the service, and it is i.a. here you can hand in packages, get help with meeting rooms, get access cards, order a taxi and much more.
Your guests can check in and be directed to your office. They can also enter themselves via the digital reception, and you will receive a message if you have been set up as a contact. Your company gets its own administrator to set up contacts.
Securitas is also responsible for security in the properties, has a watch system and instructs in case of alarms.
